At the young age of ten I began writing. It was a way of expressing hidden thoughts. I felt it necessary to speak deeply to safely say I was writing poetry but maybe not exactly. to confine myself to rhyme seemed stunting and I found words would flow naturally from my heart best by writing free verse.
